Welcome to QR Threat Block. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

QR Threat Block is a security utility designed to scan QR codes and analyze the contained URLs for potential security threats. While we strive to provide accurate security assessments using industry-standard tools (including Google Safe Browsing and APIVoid), we cannot guarantee that every threat will be detected or that every "safe" verdict is 100% accurate. You use the App at your own risk.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium Features: Some features of the App may require a paid subscription ("Premium").
• Billing: Subscriptions are managed and billed by the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings. We cannot cancel subscriptions or issue refunds directly; all billing disputes must be handled through the app store.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to distribute malware or other malicious content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QR THREAT BLOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of those changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
